Korean Soybean Sprouts Side dish 콩나물무침

Ingredients :
1 bag of 12 oz (340 gr) soybean sprout
1 medium size carrot
2 green onion
Seasoning :
1/2 ts soy sauce
1/2 ts minced garlic
2/3 ts salt
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts chili sesame oil
1 ts toasted sesame seeds
Method :
Rinse soybean sprout. Cut carrot into match stick of about 1.5 inch long. Shred green onion into thin slices of about 1.5 inch long.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Seasoned with about 1 tbs of salt. Put in soybean sprout to boil. Set timer for 4 minutes.
When 4 minutes is up. Turn off the heat, drain soybean sprout in a colander and run it under cold water. Put it aside for about ten minutes to let the excess water drain.
After ten minutes, toss sliced green onion and carrot onto sprouts. Pour seasoning sauce to the sprout and scattered sesame seeds on top. Toss to mix well.
