I was told by a friend that the kaya toast here is better than Yakun kaya. Kaya toast is regular toast serves with kaya jam which is made of coconut milk, egg and sugar. The kaya toast here just like at Yakun kaya was also served with a slice of butter in between.

We went there for a late breakfast. The place was still buzzing. Of course it's not a big place. But the guy working there was so efficient and friendly. He quickly gave us the menu and told us that a table inside would be ready for us soon.

As soon as we got our table we were ready to order. We went to order and pay at the register and wait for our order to be delivered to our table.

We shared 2 order of kaya toast, 2 order or french toast and an order of the steam rice sheet. The kaya toast had a sliced of butter between. I never thought about it until it was brought up during our meal. How did the butter stay solid without getting melted being put in between the toast ?

Kaya toast is not really my cup of tea. I wouldn't go out of the way to try one out. But if you are a fan of kaya toast make sure to check out this one.
