Sungai Pinang Food Court

Our Airbnb was pretty close to this food court, so we came here twice during our stay. Having a bigger group would help to try out more food. But between the two of us we managed to try quite a few things. 😍

The bbq chicken wings were very flavorful though more on the sweet side. I'm usually not very much into sweet things but I must say that these chicken wings were addictive.😋

Amazing oyster omelette. Dry and not gooey.

Crispy pork belly. To die for. A must try.

The crispy pork belly guy started his stall a bit late. The first time we went there around 5ish, he wasn't there. But he showed up a bit later on. So second time we made sure to go a bit later and waited for him. Our order did take at least ten minutes or so to show up. Patience is virtue. It's worth the wait.

Sambal fried rice RM8. Served with a small saucer of additional sambal.

The sambal fried rice is totally recommended if like dried shrimp flavor. But they do offer other fried rice flavor.

Spicy squid RM13 from Thai Food Paradise. Not sure what was Thai about this dish. Not spicy nor tangy. In my opinion it tasted more like Korean dish - sweet.

This char koay teow was average. Not quite Penang style.
