Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen - Vancouver, Canada
Hubby picked this restaurant as we were going to be in the area. It's been a while since we've been to this part of town and a lot of new restaurants got in our radar. In the end we settled with this one. The menu looked legit and they got plenty reviews.
We arrived around 11:30ish and the place was pretty full. They had outdoor seating but it was not warm enough that day to sit outside. We got a table right away. We placed our order of two bowls of noodle.
From where we were seating we noticed four TVs on each corner of the room. Each showing different shows. Two showing eating scenes in Vietnam and the other one showing some performance. The last one was not turned on.
Soon our bows of noodle arrived. I noticed the size was pretty big. I ordered beef noodle with almost everything except beef balls. Hubby got the seafood sweet and sour. The bean sprout provided looked very fresh.
All in all we were very satisfied with our orders. Totally recommended if one is in the area and craving Vietnamese noodle soup.
