Golden Leaf Chinese Restaurant - Jakarta, Indonesia

Our big family had a gathering over the weekend at this Chinese food restaurant on top of Lotte Mart in Kelapa Gading. We've been there prior just did not dine in. 

The place looked impressive. Huge dining area with a few private rooms. They also have banquet room big enough to hold a few hundred people reception.

The food was already preordered so when we arrived they were brought out pretty fast. We got gurame fish with black bean and tofu. There were glazed beef cubed in a crispy bowl. Pork roast with charsiu. Cripsy prawn along with spinach with tofu and shimeji with tofu. Plenty of dishes that filled up the whole table. I seriously thought we over ordered. But in the end we only brought back a small left over of fried rice.

I liked the simple day to day Indonesian chinese food. Familiar to taste and not overly salty.

Recommended. If you have a big group asked to use the private room as it also comes with karaoke machine.
