Now the results : Two Months To Better Health (Indicator)

I was on a mission the last two months. Cutting back on deep fried food and increase my exercises routine. The goal was to reduce my cholesterol level and blood sugar level. This post is the update of that mission. Read the original post here. Did I manage to do that ?

The answer is YES !


The difference was small. I guess that's why my doctor wasn't impressed. But it's only been 2 months. I have confidence if I keep doing what I have been doing, I may see a larger decrease in my cholesterol level.

Anyhow, my doctor was not impressed. I thought she may actually prescribed me statin. And I was ready to turn it down. But instead she said she is going to refer me instead. Ok, we'll see.
