We have been to this pho joint quite a few times. But today we noticed the difference. They have done some renovation. The place looked brighter and the AC was way colder than before. We thought they changed ownership but I recognized the guy behind the counter. Beside their menu looked the same.
Hubby got the seafood pho large and I got the bun cha ha noi. Mind you if you're ordering large. The large size here is no kidding. The bowl is almost the size of those Asian wash basins. The amount of noodle will guarantee your carb intake for two meals.
The bun cha ha noi was good as most of my experience ordering the same dish. Thinly sliced pork marinated and grilled served on rice noodle with scattered greens and crushed peanuts. When you're ready to dig, drizzle some sweet fish sauce combo and mix well. It's refreshing and healthy.
