Thailand Road Back to The North : Day 4

As usual me and hubby woke up early. Usually we like to walk to the local market. Buy fruits or snacks. But this resort hotel at Suphan Buri is far from town. So we just walked around the perimeter. The resort is located in a huge piece of land. There was dining hall, coffee shop and fish pond etc. All nicely maintained.

I saw the sky was getting darker and thought we should get out of here before the storm hit. So we quickly packed our suitcases and loaded them all getting ready to leave. We got lucky that we started to move out of the area before the storm hit. It was water pouring from the sky. So much water and so windy at the same time. Visibility was less than twenty feet.

Ree wanted to stop by Sam Chuk market - a traditional market that has been around for 100 years old and still serves street food. I prayed that we could out run the storm by then. 🙏By the time we reached there it was still raining though not as strong. We managed to get into the market and walked around a bit. Though most of the stores were not open. We got to a small restaurant by the river and ordered some fried noodle for our brunch.
