Pang Cha Restaurant ปังชา - Chiangrai, Thailand

There are not too many dimsum places in Chiangrai. In fact, we haven't been to any in Chiangrai. So finding this dimsum place was pretty exciting for us. And we looked forward to visit the place.

When we got there on Friday evening there were not too many people. There were plenty of smaller tables for four by road side but we prefer to sit inside. The dimsum selection was out in the open for us to choose. Not refrigerated like the one in Phuket. We were also notified by the staff that we could order more food through the QR code provided.

The online menu consisted of drinks, toast menu with different toppings, instant noodles soup with different toppings. There were also a section for croissants and fried stuffs like gyoza, french fries, etc.

Our first round of steam small plates arrived in like 15 minutes. They came in an individual steamer just like the dimsum place. Those steamers took up some space in our small table and we tried to spread them out so they looked better when we took photos. 😍

After exhausting almost all items that looked somewhat delicious we finally concluded that we won't be coming back to this restaurant. The basic shumai were not even as good a shumai stall that we tried before. This was an insider joke. 😒 The noodle soup only has instant noodle and there was no other noodle options.
