So this time we decided to stop by again and we were glad to find out that they were open for business. It was not quite lunch time so when we walked in there were only two tables occupied. A woman greeted us from behind the counter. I signaled to her that we'll take a table and she nodded. Menus as usual were already on the table. So we took a look at it and made up our mind.
Surprisingly our orders took only like five minutes to arrive. I think it was almost record time even for noodle shop. I guess we were taken by surprise because it seemed that there only two people working. But boy were they efficient.
As we enjoyed our bowls of noodle and overheard conversations around us. The owners did just come back from a trip. And most of their clients seemed to miss them. After we tried our noodle we could see why. The broth was flavorful and my bowl of beef noodle got plenty of protein. Hubby ordered seafood pho and he had no complaint. The seafood pho looked more like prawn pho and maybe just a piece or two of squid.
We were happy that the noodle soup here was better than expectation. And we looked forward to our next road trip as now we have a place to stop by for lunch when in Bellingham.
