Mon Thong Thai Food - Kelowna, BC

After two meals of Thai food, we still haven't got enough of it. So for the last proper meal in Kelowna, we decided for another Thai take out. This time from Mon Thong Thai Food. This restaurant has a few locations. The one we went to was the one at Kelowna Orchard Plaza on Cooper.

It was pretty early when we went there so there was nobody in the restaurant. We called in our order so it was ready when we got there. I was in and out within minutes.

That night we ordered squid salad (no 13) and stir fry rice noodle with basil (no 46). Both we wanted spicy. The squid salad was a bit smaller size than expected. The flavor was right on with all the flavor we like on Thai food. Tangy, sweet, and spicy all in one bite. Yum.

The stir fry rice noodle was good as well. But they used the thinner noodle like the one they usually use for pad thai. Also I noticed that the basil flavor was a bit lacking. The spiciness was perfect just how we wanted it to be.
