Airline Meals : Hong Kong to Bangkok

The Hong Kong stop was pretty quick. Transfer information was available as soon as we walked out the plane. We passed through security with no questions asked. We were pretty impressed with the technology used. When we went through security, we were asked to scan our passports and boarding pass then had our pictures taken. During boarding we didn't have to show our boarding pass anymore. Just show our face and the AI matched our face to our seat number. Amazing !

The flight was short but food was still offered. The options were omelet or fried noodle with chicken. We both opted for noodle. The noodle used was flat wide wheat noodle. The chicken amount was generous. The flavor was mild but still tasty. I felt that a bit of chili sauce would help. A tub of strawberry yogurt and a small serving of watermelon and melon were included.
