Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon
This temple is one of the important temple in Ayutthaya and it's still active. One of the main structure was the big pagoda in the middle (chedi) with rows of Buddha statues in the inner wall below.
Simple Dinner
We left the temple just in time before the rain chased us back to our car. By the time we got back in the hotel, we decided to just eat around hotel. We spotted a small family restaurant across the street and off we went. The food was simple but good.
The Avail Hotel
It was just meant as a one night hotel so we were not too picky about it. First criteria was cleanliness and this hotel nailed it.
The AC was cold. The bathroom was clean. Parking was a bit challenging since their parking lot was pretty tiny. Our room had a view to the hotel's laundry area. 😛 Wifi was limited to one time usage and one device. But that's about it. It's a one night hotel.
