Dimsum in Phuket

Ketho Dimsum
This dimsum is very popular among locals. Make sure to be there earlier to avoid items being sold out. Pick your dimsum from the refrigerated section and turn them over to the guy in charge to be warmed up. Make sure to use two trays as one is not enough ! ๐Ÿ˜‹Then head to your table and a waiter will come to take order of your drinks or additional items.
Our group of 6 ordered a varieties of dimsum.

In general, the taste of dimsum are a bit different than Hongkong style dimsum. Probably less sesame oil ? Also Thais seem to like fish paste, so fish paste is used in a lot of varieties of dimsum. I don't think I have seen glutinous rice in lotus leaf for example. Maybe because Thais have some sort of breakfast item made with glutinous rice and coconut milk.
