This restaurant was recommended to us as one of the places the travelling vans like to stop by. The other was the restaurant across the street Ban Tian Hom.
This restaurant serves ready cooked dishes. Plenty of varieties of dishes to choose from. They also offered chicken rice, namya curry (fish curry with rice noodle) and khao soi (yellow noodle with chicken curry sauce) among other things.
Me and hubby chose chicken rice. Then we ordered some stir fry bean sprout and cabbage. Others ordered eggplant omellette, bittergourd soup, stir fry seafood etc.
The price was reasonable as well. All total including water came up to THB 730 (USD 20.84).

After the early brunch at Uttaradit (see above) we reached Phayao sort of early for dinner. We stopped by this cafe restaurant by Lake Phayao for drinks. The place looked pretty decent. It offered plenty of drinks (coffee, latte, hot cocoa, etc). The menu looked pretty good too. Unfortunately they didn't have stir fry noodle or some other dishes we ordered. In the end we settled for a few salad like seafood salad and mango salad.
