I selected this hotel because it offers free airport shuttle to and from hotel. The hotel proximity to BKK airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport) makes it convenient for those late night arrivals or early morning departures.
When we checked in, there was a slip of paper asking the time request for airport transfer. I thought that was a great reminder. We straight away inquired the airport transfer. The lady at the front desk presented us a laminated airport shuttle schedule. The earliest shuttle to airport was 4:10 am. That seemed just right for our flight at 7:30.
The room was quite spacious with a bathroom that boasted a bath tub. Room amenities included a fancy coffee machine with pods. 😉Plenty of counter space to put our bags and suitcase. There was an infinity pool with a big gym on second floor. The pool was pretty nice. We didn't try it though as it was getting dark by the time we got there.
The next morning we got a reminder call from the front desk. I thought it was a nice gesture even though I believe most people would have set up alarm on their phones already. By the time we got to front desk, the person behind the counter had prepared all the forms for guests checking out. Literally it took seconds to check out. Mean while the bellboy already grabbed our suitcases from us and loaded them onto the shuttle. What a team !
It took about fifteen minutes to get to airport as there was not much traffic. Will definitely consider and recommend this hotel again for our next early or late flight from BKK.
