The second part of our Petaling Jaya stay this time would be at an airbnb in Ara Damansara area. We actually have stayed at this airbnb at H2O Residence before. Hubby liked the big swimming pool and big gym. There were also plenty of eateries pretty close by as well.

We stayed longer this time so we wanted to explore a different part of Ara Damansara. One afternoon we went and visited the area closer to Lembah Subang LRT station. It's also our first time using Mobi which is a new initiative for neighborhood ride sharing in Selangor. Mobi saves us from the sweaty walk in the afternoon. 😁

We didn't really have any place in mind other than we noticed plenty of eateries in the area when we passed by. So after we arrived, we sort of walking around and checked out our possibilities. In the end we stumbled upon this place with funny name - Dudu Yummy.

Dudu Yummy is actually a kopitiam with outdoor seating area shaded by a huge tree. All the vendors are inside the building instead. After a walk inside, I decided to try the Penang assam laksa while hubby had his eyes on fish head noodle. He was still in awe with the fish head noodle we had at Kelana Jaya. 😂

We found a table and waited for our orders and for someone to take our drink orders. Then we realize there's a QR code for us to order ourselves. That's interesting.

I would say the assam laksa was just fine. I haven't had one for a long time but after trying this one I think it would be a while before I missed any. For the price of RM12 (USD 2.68) I think I would like some other more filling options. The stall where I got my assam laksa from also has other Penang specialties like char kway teow.
