The Best Handmade Noodles @ Malin Plaza 安仔重庆小面 - Chiang Mai, Thailand

We came across this noodle shop at Chiang Mai University (CMU) night market during summer time. At the time we stayed at Chang Phueak area (Chomdoi Condotel). Given the proximity to the night market, we frequented it numerous times. See our previous post on this shop. Unfortunately the night market is the liveliest during night time so it's best visited for dinner. 

This shop claimed as best handmade noodles. They do show case a noodle machine at their shop and we saw it worked before. I guess that's how the noodle served was made onsite. That shows how fresh the noodle was.

On this trip we ordered a braised beef Chinese noodle soup, dumpling and Japanese ramen. The ordering was done through a QR scan menu. The site does have English option but it did not function properly so I still needed to use Google translate. There's a paper menu with pictures but it's hard to find the item on the online ordering form. So when our orders arrived we noticed that hubby's ramen didn't have chasiu on it. 😒😅

The rest was good. And it's good that they open at 11 am so we could go there for lunch. Definitely recommended if you are in the area and craving for Chinese or Japanese style noodle soup.
