Chicking Eating House

As the name implies, this restaurant has plenty of chicken on its menu. It has a wall with picture menu making it easier to order. Though when we visited, we were quickly seated and then a menu presented to us making it easier for us to order.

We ordered 2 rice, half a steam chicken and a portion of Thai style chicken feet salad. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating area and we chose outdoor seating. Outdoor seating area seemed more breezy though it was a hot day. But even indoor area does not have air conditioner.

The chicken rice got good flavor but not very salty. The chicken amount was a decent size though I feel that the seasoning could be a bit stronger. It's a bit on the bland side. The chili sauce that came with it didn't help much as it wasn't very flavorful either.

The chicken feet salad was lacking a lot of flavor. It's not even close to any Thai salad. The flavor was very bland and the only flavor on the salad was from some sort of chili sauce. I am not even Thai and I think that salad was so far from any Thai salad I have ever tasted.

Total bill RM 36 (USD 8.50). I feel that it's good value but not so much of good eats.
