Airbnb at Escent Condominium - Chiang Mai, Thailand

The third Airbnbs we used this time in Chiang Mai is Escent Condominium. Its location is next to Central Festival, making it pretty much walking distance to Central Festival.

This time we were a bit late making reservations for our stay in December. As it's getting closer to Christmas, price of accommodations are all higher. Options are getting less too. In the end I gave up and booked Escend Condominium even though I didn't really like the location.

It's next to Central so why wouldn't I like it ? Originally I thought it's next to Central but it's on the busy side of it where all the cars come into the parking lot or come in to pick up passengers. But after we checked in and tried our first walk to Central I loved it. The building has a back door facing the motorbikes parking lot. And from there, there's a covered walkway all the way to the building. No sweat.

The apartment is a one bedroom apartment. The living room is small, typical one bedroom apartment size. There's only a dining table with two chairs. But at least, there's a comfortable loveseat. And I like that the kitchen is separated with a door. Not that I plan on cooking outrageous meals. 😁

Gym and swimming pool are on 26th floor making the gym one of the best view gym. Gym is equipped with enough machines for cardio and weight. The size of the gym is also decent enough to fit a few people without feeling crowded. The size of the pool is also decent to do a short lap. Two sauna rooms by the pool are available by the pool side in case one needs to do hot cold therapy. Or just sweat it out during colder months.
