We continued to this cafe for tea, coffee and cakes after our dinner. Mainly because our time was up at The Hungry Beast. We were only allotted 1.5 hours there. And there was actually a line when we left.
This cafe is located in the same building at SS15 Courtyard. In fact, there were quite a few eateries there that looked pretty appetizing.
We all shared tiramisu and watermelon cake which supposedly was their signature cake. Me and hubby shared a hot chocolate which surprisingly was not very sweet.
The watermelon cake was quite interesting as it really contained a slice of watermelon in between the cake. Refreshing and pretty. A creative way to use local flavor in cake. Likewise using strawberries in cake.
